Stripe may retain your authorized payment method for this conversion and subsequent recurring subscription charges.
If you downgrade to free during the Ultimate trial, no Ultimate subscription fee will be charged for the trial, and your account will transition to Free when the trial expires.

Depending on your sharing settings and how your card is distributed, other people may copy, save, forward, or otherwise use information you make public.
You are responsible for deciding which information to publish.
8. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the circumstances described below.
8.1 Service Providers
We may disclose information to service providers that perform functions for us, including providers of:
- Cloud hosting;
- Data storage;
- Payment processing;
- Authentication;
- Security and fraud prevention;
- Email and communications;
- Service and uptime monitoring;
- Information extraction;
- Information enrichment;
- Automated or AI-assisted data processing;
- Infrastructure;
- Customer support; and
- Other technology and operational services.
Service providers may process information as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
8.2 At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you direct or intentionally cause us to do so, including when you publish or share a digital business card or connect a third-party service.
8.3 Legal and Safety Purposes
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with law or valid legal process;
- Respond to court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests;

8.4 Business Transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of any material changes affecting the handling of your personal information.
9. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
We do not knowingly sell personal information belonging to children under 16.
If our use of advertising, analytics, or similar technologies constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy law, we will provide notices and opt-out mechanisms required by that law.
10. Trial Eligibility and Abuse Prevention
Ultimate free trials may be limited to one trial per account.
We may use and retain account, subscription, billing, usage, and security information reasonably necessary to:
- Determine trial eligibility;
- Determine whether an account has previously received a trial;
- Prevent duplicate trials;
- Prevent fraudulent registrations;
- Detect multiple-account circumvention; and
- Prevent abuse of promotional offers.
Downgrading to the Free Plan during or after a trial, downgrading a later paid subscription to the Free Plan, or resubscribing does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of records reasonably necessary to determine trial eligibility, prevent duplicate trials, or detect and prevent fraud or abuse
11. Account Data After Subscription Changes
Changing, downgrading, downgrading to the Free Plan, resubscribing, or allowing a paid subscription or trial to expire does not automatically delete your account.
If your account transitions from a paid plan to Free, or from an Ultimate free trial to free, we may retain:
- Account information;
- Digital business cards;
- Posts;
- Account history;
- Profile information; and
- Other account content.
Certain paid features, posts, historical information, or functionality may become hidden or unavailable while your account is on Free.
If you later subscribe to an eligible paid plan, retained content or functionality may become available again, subject to then-current plan functionality.
Downgrading to Free is different from deleting an account or submitting a privacy deletion request.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Factors affecting retention may include the need to:
- Provide the Services;
- Maintain your account;
- Preserve account content and history;
- Administer subscriptions;
- Maintain transaction records;
- Enforce usage allowances;
- Prevent fraud and abuse;
- Maintain security records;
- Determine trial eligibility;
- Resolve disputes;
- Enforce agreements; and
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations such as backup retention cycles.
13. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Depending on the information and systems involved, safeguards may include:
- Access controls;
- Authentication mechanisms;
- Encryption where appropriate;
- Infrastructure protections;
- Security monitoring;
- Restrictions on personnel access; and

No Internet transmission, processing system, or storage method is completely secure.
Accordingly, although we take reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We ask you not to share your account and password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the service/application. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the service/application.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our application. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures included through the service/application.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide choices or obtain consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies.
15. Do Not Track and Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting.
Because there is no universally accepted technical standard for interpreting traditional DNT signals, our Services may not respond to those signals.
Where applicable law requires us to recognize a legally valid opt-out preference signal, including a supported Global Privacy Control signal, we will process that signal as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you reside and applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning your personal information.
These may include the right to:
- Request access to personal information;

localadvocate@locammend.com
or use any privacy-request mechanism made available through the Services.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or authority before processing certain requests.
Certain information may be retained despite a deletion request where retention is permitted or required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
17. California Privacy Rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), applies to our processing of your personal information, you may have certain rights under California law, including, as applicable, the right to:

- Exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.
Requests may be submitted using the methods described in the “Your Privacy Rights” section above.
Where required by applicable law, we will recognize and process applicable opt-out preference signals.
These rights are subject to applicable exceptions and limitations under California law. Nothing in this section is intended to provide rights beyond those required by applicable law.
18. Children's Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without legally sufficient authorization.
If we learn that we collected such information in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
19. International Users
If you access the Services outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws where you reside.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
20. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to or integrations with independent third-party websites, applications, social networks, payment providers, or other services.
Independent third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy does not govern information that you provide directly to an independent third party.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, technologies, business practices, or applicable law.
When changes are made, we will revise the “Last Updated” date.
If a change materially affects how we process personal information, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.
